We are seeking an Executive Administrator to join our team! This position is part/time 25 hours a week. The schedule is flexible, some evenings and weekends are expected. Believe in the Gold is seeking a strong and creative Executive Administrator to join our team.
Responsibilities of the Executive Administrator job include but are not limited to the following:

Draft correspondence and other formal documents

Participate in planning, schedule appointments and events

Manage family support programs: attend meetings with families & Alberta Children’s Hospital social workers, Rexall at Alberta Children’s hospital execute all paperwork

Manage monetary donation and tax receipting
-
Assist with Event management
-
Assist committees with all major events (must be available for evening meetings and weekend events)
-
Assist with managing and organizing small events (must be available for evening meetings and weekend events)
-
Assist with collection of donations for silent auctions, gift certificates etc.

Manage filing systems (paper and Google Drive/Share Drive)
-
Office administrative tasks
-
Assist all Board members as needed
-
Assist with marketing
-
Assist with social media and website
-
Assist with Grant writing
-
Manage merchandise
-
Attend networking events
-
Manage banking, and balance account monthly
Qualifications:
-
Post-secondary education in this administration an asset
-
Previous experience in office administration or other related fields
-
Ability to prioritize and multitask
-
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
-
Strong attention to detail
-
Strong organizational skills
-
Proficient in Word and Excel
-
Proficient with Google Programs (Drive, Sheets, Docs, etc.)

Working knowledge of Quick Books
-
Knowledge of Social Media management
-
Working knowledge of Wix website design an asset
Job Type: Part-time
Salary: $19.00 to $25.00 / hour (depending on qualifications)
